Sosepriala Dede has more than 15 years of leadership experience focus on accelerating student achievement. He is a dedicated and dynamic leader, with expertise in using technology and innovative practices to lead district and school turn-around and development in large urban school settings.
Sosepriala Dede has also worked as an Executive Director of College Career & Workforce Development at Gestalt Community Schools, Memphis, TN.
Previously, SoSo DeDe has worked as Director of Accelerated and Alternative Education at Tindley Accelerated Schools, Indianapolis, IN.
Sosepriala Dede earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Indiana State University. He completed his Master of Science from Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis. He earned a Doctorate of Education in Education, Leadership, and Policy from Vanderbilt University.
He has experience of working as a Building Level Leader, District Level Leader, and President/Superintendent.
Sosepriala Dede is also known as decisive, analytical problem-solver with proven success in creating and implementing district and school initiatives aimed at improving overall district, school, and student – achievement, efficiency, and performance.
